How do I make an order?
Simply click on the ‘shop’ page and add either a 3 piece or 5 piece pin to your cart depending on what size you are after. Once you have done that you can shop our range of charms to personalise your pin just how you like.
Once you have your pin and charms added to your cart before you check out please remember to add a note to your order if you require a specific sequence in which you would like the charms to be placed on your keepsake pin.
How long do they take to make?
Each of our beautiful pins are handmade to order with care. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 days. This ensures you receive a unique piece crafted just for you in no time. Please feel free to message us with any questions, we are happy to help and make sure everything is just right for you.I need my order ASAP what can I do?
If you are in need of your order to be completed as soon as possible, please reach out via email at charmed.blessings@outlook.com and add in the subject ‘urgent request'. We will help assist you and will send out your keepsake pin to you via Express Shipping. Charmed Blessings does not cover the cost of Express Shipping with urgent orders.
If I change my mind on what I choose can I amend my order?
Yes, you certainly can. Please email charmed.blessings@outlook.com along with your order number and the adjustments you would like to make within 1 hour after your purchase was placed.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
At Charmed Blessings, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing excellent customer service to every customer.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at charmed.blessings@outlook.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will do our best to assist you if your item is faulty or damaged.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind unless you notify us within 1 hour of placing your order to request a modification.
Exchanges are not available for any items. Be sure to review your cart carefully to ensure you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase.
What size are the charms?
The size range varies from each charm, if you require a specific dimension on any of our charms please reach out via email charmed.blessings@outlook.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping in Australia?
Yes we do! All orders over $50 AUD includes free shipping Australia wide.
If you order is under $50 AUD we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 which covers the cost of parcel post shipping via Sendle, this is not an express postage price. Please see below in our Shipping Policy.
If you are from international and would like to make a purchase you will notice when you checkout there will be a shipping fee and all orders will be shipped using Australia Post Delivery Service.
What is your Shipping Policy?
At Charmed Blessings we currently ship Australia-wide using Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During high volume periods such as sales periods, holidays dispatch times may be extended but we will ensure your order is sent out to you as soon as possible.
We offer free Standard shipping for orders over $50 AUD and your estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. If you require Express shipping please email us at charmed.blessings@outlook.com so we can organise this service to you and your parcel will arrive in 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Sendle tracking link. You can use this to monitor your parcel in real time.

By default, Sendle may deliver your parcels with Authority to Leave. If it’s unsafe for the parcel to be left unattended please notify us at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order along with your order number. If no one is available to receive your parcel and Authority to Leave is not granted, Sendle will attempt redelivery or take the parcel to a local drop-off point for collection.
We take great care in making sure your package arrives safely to you, however if any instance your package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us immediately and within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number for a faster resolution and we will lodge a claim on your behalf via Sendle.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
